Principle Detective and Guard, Jeffrey B. Owens, CTM; a retired Major of the Honolulu Police Dept. is individually licensed by the State of Hawaii holding Private Detective License #792 and Principle Guard License #794. Mr. Owens previously served on the State of Hawaii Board of Private Detectives and Guards.
